Stroke Recovery Support Services
Compassionate In-Home Support for Stroke Survivors
Recovering from a stroke can be physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging. Our stroke recovery support services are designed to help individuals regain independence, maintain dignity, and safely navigate daily life while healing in the comfort of their own home. We provide personalized, non-medical care that complements medical treatment and therapy plans.
Personalized Care Plans
Every stroke recovery journey is unique. We develop individualized care plans based on each client’s needs, abilities, and recovery goals. Services are flexible and can be adjusted as progress is made.
Assistance with Daily Living Activities
Our trained caregivers provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Dressing and toileting assistance
- Mobility support and safe transfers
- Eating and feeding support
- Incontinence care
- Positioning and turning for comfort and safety
These services help reduce fall risks while promoting independence and confidence.
Mobility & Activity Support
While we do not provide medical therapy, caregivers assist by:
- Encouraging prescribed movement and daily activity
- Supporting safe walking and transfers
- Assisting with light exercises as directed by healthcare professionals
- Helping clients use mobility aids such as walkers or canes
This support reinforces rehabilitation goals and daily function.
